Actor Nathan Corbett to Participate in the Show Me the Way Foundation Runway RED Fashion Gala Featuring Celebrity Children
Baltimore, MD – November 1, 2007 – From high school theatre productions of Snow White and television commercials with Hilary Duff, Lil Mo music videos, big screen movies with Ryan Gosling and an award winning role as “Donut” on HBO’s hit series “The Wire”, Nathan Corbett has a resume that makes his family and his fans proud. However, no moments are more rewarding to Nathan than those offering the opportunity to give back to the community and its people.
On Saturday, December 1, 2007, at the Penthouse Fashion Theatre in Downtown Atlanta, high fashion will sound the alarm for HIV/AIDS awareness amongst our youth when 75 of Atlanta’s most adorable and talented young models including Nathan Corbett will grace the stage to conclude Campaign RED during the 2nd Annual Runway RED Fashion Gala featuring Celebrity Kids Fundraiser Event.
Last year, the event, formerly known as Wonderland Kids Fashion Show featuring Celebrity Kids, was a huge success, with over 600 attendees and 20 celebrities’ children such as Big Boi, Jermaine Dupri, and Lil Jon participating in the affair.
Show Me the Way Foundation is a non-profit organization that is one of 13 organizations in Georgia that provides mentoring and positive group activities for children infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Beginning in November, Campaign RED will include public service announcements by influential Atlantans, high school tours and will culminate with Runway RED Fashion Gala featuring children of our favorite celebrities and political figures.
